Customers do not want to remember a thousand things about you. They just want to remember something simpler and more importantly, what you do for them. Something to solve the problem, something in favor of production, something relevant to their interests.

You should try to give the spirit of your customers first. You want to become the largest and most anything. You want to become known as the “number one” for the provision of services they want.

Is a fundamental principle of marketing sales. If you are in a market in a competitive environment dominated by one of the best things you can do to have the first, the mind of your customers.

If you qualify for the mind of a customer first for a particular characteristic, promise or advantage before everyone says it, then in their mind, you can “own” the sales marketing promises.
